ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING TRAINING PROGRAMAgents are required to complete mandatory training on the USA PATRIOT Act to remain active agents of the company. Section 352 of the USA PATRIOT Act requires financial institutions, including insurance companies, to establish anti-money laundering programs. The new rules require insurance companies to integrate agents into their anti-money laundering programs and to monitor the agents' compliance with the programs.
SENIOR MARKET ETHICS
Agents are required to complete the course, Senior Market Sales Ethics within 60 days of their appointment with or submit documentation of the completion of an equivalent ethics course within the past year.
